Open position for Key Account Manager

StepOne Tech is a rapidly growing Finnish automotive cleantech company. We design, develop and manufacture solutions in Finland to reduce the environmental impact of traffic globally. We provide a way for consumers and organizations to make sustainable choices in transportation and decrease their carbon footprint.

Our award winning eFlexFuel technology enables replacing fossil fuels with renewable fuel in over billion vehicles globally. It is universal, easy and cheap solution for environmentally friendly private motoring without compromises. Due to rapid growth we have an urgent need for professionals who are motivated to work towards that goal.

Now we are searching for a key account manager to strengthen and expand our market position in Europe. So far, we have been achieving remarkable sales growth (+400% this year) with only inbound sales and without marketing. Your mission would be to benefit from this trend by establishing sales processes and outbound sales.

You are a fit to our team if you are motivated to work for an ecologically sustainable future, eager to grow professionally, systematic and thorough. We have an informal organization culture which promotes creativity and personal initiative. To succeed in this position, you will need excellent English and intercultural social skills and an ability to work with other team members and partners also in digital channels. Capability to withstand change and to work independently without the help of a large organization are essential.

Previous experience in managing sales is vital. Also, technical knowhow about cars and French language skills would be useful but not necessary. Primary task is to manage and expand collaboration with European key customers and partners. We expect you to be capable of creating sales processes and policies from scratch that pave us the path to sustain and increase our rapid growth in the coming years.
